Does all units, even if they are not warrior units or attached to a leader, get a bonus close combat, when part of a line command?

Only Units attached with leaders or warriors can make bonus combat after the 1st one and momentum advance.
Line Command doesn't allow others foot troops to make bonus combat (Line Command is already powerful to not increase its capacity)
