Sorry if this has been asked, and answered, before but when chosing the option to order a single unit on the section leadership cards, are you limited to that section? The rule doesn't say "a unit in any section" so I guess you are limited to the selected section?

Am I correct?

I assume, on the contrary, that the card would say "a unit in the same section" to limit the choice.
I always played it without this limitation.
