Yes Martin,
Line Command card defines a specific movement for linked units... as to say: start linked, end nearby.
It looks like "don't break the line".
This is how I play it.

Have to agree with Alessandro on this. The card overrides the special rule. It is very specific about "only one hex" and like Alessandro I would play it as ALL units get to only move one hex then may battle.
